How does flower delivery work?
Would you like to send flowers to someone close to you, but want to know first how our service works? We have prepared a simple step-by-step overview so that your order goes smoothly.
1. Choose your flowers
Choose a bouquet from our selection that you like and that suits the occasion. For rose bouquets, you usually choose the number of roses. For mixed bouquets, you can choose the size variant — similar to the photo, or a larger and richer version.
2. Add the bouquet to your cart
Add the selected bouquet to your cart and continue according to the instructions in the online shop. If you are unsure about anything, feel free to call us — we will be happy to help.
3. Add small extras to your order
In the cart, you can add small extras such as flower food, gift wrapping or other accessories. We especially recommend wrapping the bouquet in floral foil or paper matching the colour of the flowers. Even a smaller bouquet can then look fuller and more festive.
4. Choose the delivery date and time
In the next step, choose the delivery date and the time window in which you would like the bouquet to be delivered. We also deliver flowers on the same day, but you can of course place your order in advance for another date.
5. Select the payment method
During the order process, you will also choose your preferred payment method. After completing the order, the system will guide you through the payment and show you all necessary information.
6. Fill in the delivery details
In the final step, fill in your contact details and, most importantly, the recipient’s delivery information. Here you can also add a personal message to the flowers. We will make sure it reaches the right hands.
7. We prepare the bouquet fresh
Once we receive your order, our florists prepare the bouquet according to the selected delivery time. Each bouquet is arranged fresh so that it reaches the recipient in the best possible condition.
8. We deliver it and send confirmation
After the bouquet has been delivered, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. This way, you will know that the flowers have reached the recipient.
